2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 174 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The recovery is of 207.405 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the co-accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. Similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this court.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Nawada/concerned court below in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
