2. The challenge in the present writ application is to the terms and conditions of tender for supply of Pre School Education Kit to the Anganbari Centres.

3. We find that public interest jurisdiction cannot be invoked to challenge the conditions of the tender. If any person is aggrieved against any condition, it shall be open to him to challenge the said condition but such condition cannot be challenged in the

4. In view of the said fact, the writ application is dismissed.
