In this case the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 522 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (a), 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded and this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty that if any petition is filed by the petitioner before the court below, the court below without being prejudiced by this order will take decision in accordance with law.
