The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/34 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the case diary, it appears that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by the co-accused which has no evidentiary value. No.18691 of 2016 (3) dt.04-07-2016 P2/2 four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria(Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 45/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
