The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 35(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 90 litres of country-made liquor were recovered from the motorcycle which was being boarded by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 16.05.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
