The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having snatched the truck of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I. Parade so as to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. It is further submitted that the co-accused person on whose confessional statement, name of the petitioner has transpired in the present case, namely, Babani Mandal, has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14907 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 of this Court by an order dated 19.04.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21919 of 2018. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 19.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017.
