JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 30-10-2017 This writ application was filed by the defendantpetitioners against the order dated 19.07.2013 passed by Additional Munsif XIII, Saran at Chapra in Title Suit No.74 of 2006 whereby the learned Munsif has rejected the prayer earlier. The learned counsel, Mr. Arun Kumar Rai appearing for the petitioners submitted that after filing this writ application, the court below by the order dated 25.04.2016 has allowed the application filed by the petitioners and granted permission to get the disputed signature compared by his expert. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the court below has now allowed the prayer, for which this writ application was filed, in my opinion, this writ application has become now infructuous. Accordingly it is dismissed.
