The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this application is directed for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus/any other appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents to expedite the disposal of Encroachment Case No.16/2022-23 and remove the encroachment from common road use by the villagers for their smooth communication appertaining to Khata no. 349, Plot No.933, 935, 939 which is a public road as per the village Map, but the same has been

It has been pointed out that encroachment proceedings vide Encroachment Case No.16 of 2022-23 is pending adjudication before the Circle Officer, Piro Circle, District-Bhojpur, hence the same be expedited. It is directed, accordingly.
