2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 467, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54916 of 2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the second anticipatory bail application on the ground that the similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41715 of 2023.

5. From perusal of the materials available on record, I am not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail application is again rejected in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 336 of 2017.
