Even according to the appellant, who was the petitioner before the learned single Judge, he was removed as a daily wager in the year 1999 and that removal was sought to be challenged in the year 2010 in the writ. Looking at the status of the appellant and the time frame between removal and the grievance raised, the learned single Judge did no wrong by dismissing the writ
