Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court but again, bail of the petitioner is sought on the ground that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Binod Chaudhary and some others have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case no. 816/2016.
