JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 147,341,323,504,379,324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the informant. The Doctor has found simple injury. However, since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S.Case No.01 of 2018 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Buxar. Accordingly, prayer is refused.
