This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.05.2019 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari taking cognizance in connection with Town Motihari P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
