This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, above named, who has been arrested. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of petitioner no.1, above named. So far as the bail of petitioner no.2 is concerned, the same is allowed as the petitioner no.2 is the relative of the deceased and there are general and omnibus allegations against him.

Case No. 133 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
