In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 354, 379, 427, 448, 504 and 380 of the I.P.C, Sections 3 (1) (X) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegedly, the petitioners and other accused persons entered into the house of the informant/complainant and they were searching the father-in-law of the informant, damaged the house hold articles and on protest assaulted the informant and torn her
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31349 of 2014 (2) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 saree and blouse resulting she became necked and they took away amount of Rs. 25,000/- kept in a box and further they took away three goats valuing Rs. 12,000/-. From the plain reading of the F.I.R. itself it reveals that it is a fit case for regular bail and as such the petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail then in that case the petitioners shall be released on bail on executing bail bond to the satisfaction of the learned court below (C.J.M. Saharsa) itself in connection with SC/ST Saharsa P.S. Case No. 35 of 2012.
