The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have eve teased the girls who were returning after school.

It is submitted that the petitioner has enmity with the informant and that is why this case has been filed by one of the so called victim.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
