2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Gurua P.S Case No. 219 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, 3 to 4 criminals have assaulted the informant and his friend and snatched mobile, smart watch, Rs. 2500/- further snatched mobile and Rs. 700/- from the friend of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that no recovery from the possession of the petitioners. It is further submitted that co-accused has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82685 of 2024. It is also submitted that petitioners are in judicial custody since 13.09.2024.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that petitioners are not named in the FIR and his named surfaced from the confessional statement of the coaccused and no recovery from the possession of the petitioners.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf
