Though he made an attempt to justify the contents of the letter addressed by him on the ground that he was not granted adequate relief in the writ petition filed by him, but, ultimately, realized the gross misconduct on his part and tendered unconditional apology. He has also filed a letter of apology together with an affidavit. Learned Principal Additional Advocate General submits that the apology may be considered. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, we accept the apology tendered by the respondent. At the same time, warn him that any such
