ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2018 in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 974 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation against him of assault having use of Gufti on the deceased resulting his death.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
