2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos.2 and 3 vide order dated 14.02.2022 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in A.B.P. No.306 of 2022 arising out of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.702 of 2021.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
