This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.820 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8,20(B)(ii)(A), 22(c) of the NDPS Act.

495 grams of ganja, 350 pieces of Pheniramne Meleate injection IP Avil and 415 pieces of Buprenorphine injection IP Leegesic were recovered from the house of the petitioner in his presence. The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2023.

Considering the huge quantity of recovery, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is accordingly rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
