JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of withdrawal of `15,000/- under Indira Awas Scheme with regard to one Sunita Devi. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that actual withdrawal was made in the year 2008 and there is nothing on record to suggest that with the signature of the petitioners, the withdrawal was made and the case was instituted since the complainant made complaint in the Janta Darbar before the Chief Minister.

No.23295 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 245 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
