2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 939 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is said to have attacked the informant's neck by means of blade as a result of which informant sustained injury and he became senseless.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedent.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that the allegation of slitting the informant's neck is directly attributed against the petitioner and the same is supported by injury report of the informant and, hence, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner coupled with injury report as well as material available on record, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Alok Kumar Pandey, J) alok/- U T
