JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,341,324,307,379 and 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner, his son Chandan Kumar and 4-5 unknown persons came to the shop of the informant and demanded extortion of rupees one thousand. On protest being made, Farsa was brought and son of the petitioner Chandan Kumar assaulted with Farsa to the informant. It is also alleged that the petitioner took out rupees four thousand from the cash box. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of assault is against Chandan when only one injury has been found on the frontal area of the skull simple in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22366 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 nature and accusation of committing theft is omnibus and general. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti OP) P.S.
