The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No.90 of 2017, a case under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this application as the petitioners have already been acquitted in the trial.
