Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Silao PS Case No.31 of 2018, registered under Sections 379/353 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Bihar Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2003 as well as under Sections 4/40 of the Bihar Mines Minerals Concession Rules, 1972.

Earlier the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 11.04.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.21010 of 2018 with an observation to renew the prayer of bail after framing of the charge.

Now submission is that charge has been framed by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32569 of 2018(2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 order dated 03.05.2018 against the petitioner. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Satendra Yadav @ Satyendra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao PS Case No.31 of 2018.
