JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lauria P.S. Case No. 412 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended with motorcycle, bearing registration no. BR22E-9052, and on demand he failed to produce the document of ownership of the said vehicle. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for about three months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
