The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Rail Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of recovery of stolen mobile phone from the possession of the petitioner. It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was arrested from Bhagalpur Railway Platform in a suspicious condition. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 04.05.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36698 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Railway Bhagalpur, in connection with Rail Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017.
