JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2016 Petitioner is a widow of Late Krishna Murari Sriwastawa, who died in harness on 30.9.2012 while posted under Circle office, Akorhi Gola, district Rohtas. She submits that the GPF amount, arrears of six pay commission, arrears of salary of 90 days strike period and benefit of second ACP have not been paid to her till date.

Counter affidavit has been filed by respondents no.2 and

3. In paragraph 6 they state that the arrears of GPF, Sixth Pay Commission and strike period have already been paid to the petitioner, whereas in paragraph 7 they state that benefits of 2nd ACP with effect from 1.1.2009 has been sanctioned and on receipt of allotment, its payment will be made.
