18-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner by his absence caused hindrance in the trial from 29.09.2011 and lastly the court finding no other alternative cancelled his bail bond on 19.12.2016.

Petitioner has surrendered on 28.06.2017 and since then he is in jail.

Accordingly, petitioner Sunil Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with one surety, to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J., XIth, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.241/2008, subject to condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) so that petitioner's presence should remain till conclusion of the trial. If the petitioner will remain absent even on single date, the aforesaid amount will be subject to forfeiture. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) Prakash Narayan U T
