Petitioner seeks bail in Nautan P.S. Case No.380 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that son of the petitioner had gone to sleep in GOWASA. The informant did not find his son on the bed in the morning. Thereafter, he made search and found that his son has been strangulated to death and his dead body was hanging from Shisham tree. He has raised suspicion against the petitioner and other accused persons named in the written report.

Postmortem report has been enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein, doctor has opined that cause of death was asphyxia on

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.380 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
