The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.155 of 2014 registered under Section 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the first information report, the allegation is that the accused persons variously armed came in the field and killed the husband of the informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are not named in the first information report though in the FIR ,8 persons are alleged to have assaulted the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioners are co-villager and known to the informant. In spite of that, she has not named the petitioners in the FIR. Subsequently, in course of investigation the informant has named the petitioners as associates of the assailants. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners' name has appeared in course of investigation.

No.22581 of 2015 (3) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners are not named in the FIR, the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S.Case No.155 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2l of the Cr.P.C.
