9/9 remedy by way of appeal. He wants to approach the Appellate Authority and as such he seeks permission to withdraw these writ applications.
In view of the above, these writ applications are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file appeal before the appropriate authority.
In the event, such appeal is filed by the petitioners within a period of one month from today alongwith a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority will condone the delay considering the fact that the present writ applications remain pending before this Court for nearly three years. With the aforesaid, these writ petitions are permitted to be withdrawn.
