This application has been filed for regular bail against the order, dated 04.05.2018, passed in connection with Teghara P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 passed by the Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Begusarai, for offences under Sections 447, 147, 341, 323, 365, 504, 506 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is in custody since 04.05.2018. In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the appellant and other accused persons of kidnapping the son of the informant. From the written report itself it appears that there is no injury on the informant and the son of the informant has returned on the same day.

Case No. 58 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Begusarai.
