"(i) For a direction to the respondents authorities to appoint the petitioners on deputation ground in Bihar State Beverage Corporation Ltd. after following due process and procedure of law on the post of Assistant Accountant.

(ii) To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for the quashing of list of qualified

Patna High Court CWJC No.20915 of 2013(4) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 candidates (Annexure-3), because the same has been finalised without following the due procedure of law and without following process and the reservation rule.

(iii) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioners on deputation ground in Bihar State Beverage Corporation Ltd. considering their experience and continuity in service and keeping in mind that 112 post of Assistant Accountant was advertised, out of them only 105 candidates were appeared in interview and only 90 candidates were declared eligible for the post, thus 22 post of Assistant Accountant vacant are still vacant. (iv) To hold and declare the result sheet (Annexure-3) as illegal malafide, colourable exercise of power and non est in the eye of law because the same has been prepared without following the due process and procedure of law. (v) Any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is legally case. entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Mr. Gopal Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
