Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bathnaha P. S. case no. 273/2013 registered under sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Statement of the victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she has not even whispered name of the petitioner and on contrary, she has, specifically, stated that she solemnized her marriage voluntarily with one Amitabh Bachchan Gosai.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
