The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is to have committed the murder of the Dewar of the informant by means of firearm.

Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30677 of 2024, hence there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner.
