The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Buxar, in B.P. No. 236 of 2015 arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 on merits.

Since a Senior Judicial Officer had looked into the records of the case and, thereafter, granted regular bail to the Opposite Party No. 2, in my understanding the order should not be lightly interfered with.

Hence, the application stands rejected.
