In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 561 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story in short is that a dozen of accused persons, armed with weapons, surrounded the tempo in which the Informant along with others were going and, later on, they looted the articles including cash from the tempo driver. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent as has been stated in paragraph no.3 of this application. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14986 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, above named.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and prays for bail, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will take a decision in accordance with law.
