This is an application for regular bail in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged by the informant that while coming from bank after withdrawing Rs.75,000/-, three unknown persons snatched the money by assaulting him with arms. Petitioner is not named in the FIR.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. No witness has identified him in the TIP. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion.
