For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sunil Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Shardanand Jha (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of a girl who allegedly committed suicide in her matrimonial house. The husband was taken into custody but according to supplementary affidavit filed today, he had been chargesheeted and tried and has been acquitted on the finding that the girl was mentally retarded and had in fact committed suicide. There was no demand of any dowry nor any mistreatment.

In view of the finding aforesaid, I have no option but to direct that in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today , the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
