2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 382 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 326, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner along with others called the deceased and thereafter he was killed while stabbing. The petitioner is named in the FIR.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. In the opinion of this Court, it is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17761 of 2024(3) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
