Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three stolen motorcycle were allegedly recovered from the place of arrest of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2018.

Considering the nature of allegation, period already undergone and completion of investigation of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
