JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2018 in connection with Jehanabad Town P.S. case no. 473 of 2015 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and similarly circumstanced other co-accused, namely, Dilip Yadav, Mukesh Kumar and Ranjan, have been named in the F.I.R. He further submits that out of four Dilip Yadav has been granted bail vide order dated 21.07.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 20997 of 2016, Ranjan Yadav has been granted bail vide order dated 01.11.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 50276 of 2017 and Mukesh Kumar has also been granted bail vide order dated 11.10.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 46810 of 2017.

No.32789 of 2018 (2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Town) P.S. case no. 473 of 2015.
