JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the own admission of the informant that he married his daughter with Rajesh in the year 2001, the case does not come within the purview of Section 304B of the IPC and admittedly, the informant is not the eye-witness to the occurrence and considering the same, co-accused, Mala Devi and Suraj Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 11225 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
