The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 328, 420, 406, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is to withdraw the salary of the informant after getting signature on cheque and ATM by administering him poisonous medicine. The other coaccused persons also purchased Maruti Car in installment in the name of the informant in May, 2020. The petitioner also used to

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on account of rent dispute. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Cheif Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022.

The application stands allowed.
