The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1291 of 2013 registered under Sections 147,148,447, 302 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code. Earlier by order dated 15.04.2015 prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected. Again a fresh petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail.
Having regard to the fact and circumstance of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20029 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 However, if the petitioner may surrender and prays for regular bail, the trial court shall consider his prayer for bail without being prejudiced by the order.
