The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 729 (A) of 2015, arising out of Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 201 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has earlier approached this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 29180 of 2018 and application for bail was rejected on 02.08.2018 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer after six months. More than six months passed, as such petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail.

Considering the observation of this Court vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16962 of 2019(2) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 dated 02.08.2018, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, IIIrd, Barh (Patna) in connection with S. Trial No. 729 (A) of 2015, arising out of Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014.
