Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 341, 323, 448, 504, 506, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(xi) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged against the petitioner that he entered into the house of the informant, kissed her, assaulted her and abused her by calling caste name.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is counter version of the occurrence and the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.23077 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, preferably on the same day, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
