JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kargahar (Barahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 442/18, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of demolishing the boundary wall of the informant and also of assaulting and abusing him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties and no such occurrence as alleged

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kargahar (Barahari O.P.)
